When we create the shipping label, you would receive an email containing your tracking information from ShipStation; but sometimes these emails get stuck in the spam folder, so if you don’t see it at first, please make sure to Check your mailbox here. After receiving this email, it may take several hours for the tracking number to appear in the system.

In-stock products typically leaves our warehouse within 24 hours from the time we process your completed order. We ship from LA PUENTE, CA 91746.

Our parcel distribution center determines the best parcel carrier for your package's delivery and cannot accommodate special requests. The parcel carrier is free shipped by the UPS to where you are.

We will ship within 24 hours except Sunday. In the United States, most orders will be received within 2-5 business days.

Please understand that once we hand over the order to USPS, we will not be able to further control the delivery process or delay. If your package seems to be sent the wrong route, please contact USPS directly. If there is a delay or problem in delivery in the United States, their customer service phone number is 1-800-275-8777, but if your package is delayed/no activity for a week, you can also contact us at any time, or more.

We have a 30-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at simpleart2000@hotmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
